At FinBud Technologies Limited®, we are committed to providing high-quality digital services through our product, MonBud. This Refund Policy outlines the circumstances under which refunds are granted, as well as the process for requesting refunds.
MonBud offers both free and premium features through a subscription-based model. Premium features include access to the advice forum, feeds space, and monthly livestream events. Users can subscribe on a monthly, biannual, or yearly basis.
Refunds are only issued under the following circumstances:
Duplicate Payments: If a user accidentally makes a double or multiple payments for the same subscription period, we will refund the excess amount. In this case, the money for the extra transaction(s) will be refunded in full.
Refunds will not be issued under the following circumstances:
Change of Mind: Users are encouraged to review the features of MonBud carefully before subscribing. Once a subscription payment has been made, we do not provide refunds for users who simply change their minds or decide not to use the premium features.
Subscription Cancellation: Users are free to unsubscribe from premium features at any time, and their subscription will not renew at the end of the current billing period. However, we do not offer partial refunds for unused time within the current billing cycle.
If you are eligible for a refund due to a duplicate payment, please contact our support team at support@finbudtechnologies.com within 7 days of the transaction date to request a refund.
Refunds will be processed within 7 business days after approval, and the refunded amount will be returned to the original payment method (i.e., the same bank account or card that was used to make the payment).
