You must provide your email address, phone number, age, and Username of your choice to create a MonBud account. If you don’t provide us with this information, you will not be able to create an account to use our Services.
We collect device information such as device type or model and iOS & android software version for feature compatibility between our app and your device & software version.
If you use our payment service or make in-app purchases or payments, we process additional information about you including your payment account, payment method, billing address, and transaction amount.
When you make posts, like posts and subscribe to interests and topics on our Chat Forum, we may use such interests and information to suggest relevant topics and discussions of interest to you when you access the chat and discussion forum.
Data used to help identify and prevent fraud, including a device trust score.
We collect anonymous usage statistics such as most used features, least used features, product interaction, crash data, performance and other diagnostics data among others to help us optimise and improve our services to customers.
We may collect and use precise location information when you choose to use a feature that requires location permission
When you contact us for customer support or otherwise communicate with us, you may provide us with information related to your use of our Services, including copies of your messages, any other information you deem helpful, and how to contact you (e.g., an email address). For example, you may send us an email with information relating to app performance or other issues.

Information Associated With Your Account.
Your profile name and photo, and posts or write-ups on the discussion forum are available to anyone who uses our Services.
We recommend that you do not share sensitive personal information on public discussion forums.

These companies may provide us with technical infrastructure, and payment gateway services, conduct surveys and research, help us with customer service, and protect the safety and security of our users and others. We take appropriate technical and organizational measures to prevent loss, unauthorized access, misuse, modification or disclosure of information under our control. This may include the use of encryption, access controls and other forms of security to ensure that your data is protected. We require all parties including our staff and third parties processing data on our behalf to comply with relevant policies and guidelines to ensure that information is protected in use, when stored and during transmission.
